"This has been my second stay visiting my daughter. There are a lot of little niceties included that don't amount to amenities that I appreciate.Owners are very receptive to problems. A couple of very minor problems popped-up on this visit and they got them fixed even though they weren't problems I'd expect to get fixed immediately."

"House was located within a half hour drive to the Ark Encounter. It was very spacious and had plenty of seating for our group. It had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our group."

"The house is a short walk to all the bars,restaurants and shopping in Loveland. Very clean and nicely decorated with a bicycle theme. Bike trail is very close and goes theough the town center. There was a small water leak in the ceiling of the lower level bathroom during a heavy downpour, but I am sure that will be an easy fix. We would absolutely rent this house again."

"Clean house and comfortable beds in a nice location, but the main bathroom is fairly small and the shower/bathtub is pretty basic. Some broken blinds in the bedrooms allowed a distracting amount of light from the security lights next door. Good value for the price."

"The house was lovely! Our host did a great job responding to all questions that we had. We really enjoyed the big basement with the pool table and games. It was a nice touch to have a bedroom and bathroom downstairs. We ready enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others!"

"We had to be in the area for our daughter. Have never stayed away from home on Christmas. Was very satisfied with property. Provided ample space for the family. Had great entertainment features (Theater Room, Air Hockey, Nostalgic Video games). Since it was cold most of the time we were there, these came in very handy!! "I am truly grateful to the owners for providing such a beautiful property to stay at. EVERYTHING was thought of. Plenty of towels, soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, trash bags, coffee. My daughter was in Cincinnati Children's for a few days and some family cancelled so it was me and my husband, our 3 kids and dog. She checked in on us and brought fresh towels and sheets during the stay and coffee. We had to stay for a week or so. The most tender hearted moment was them providing some food to...

"I enjoyed my stay here. Everything was as advertised and the host, Estelle was quick to respond when I did have questions. The bed was comfortable and I loved the extra large television in the living room. Overall, it was the perfect place for me during my work contract. "

"Spacious, comfy and easy to access. Beds are extremely comfortable. Close to a ton of stuff to do. Was a teeny bit messy on arrival but nothing too egregious. Would highly recommend for groups of 4."
