"Staff was awesome! Pool was nice for the kids but hot tub was not in commission. Breakfast had plenty of options for food/drinks. Hot coffee all day! Recently remodeled and still like new. Would totally stay again! "

"Katie greeted me by name when I arrived, and got all the basics - door keys, etc. quickly, and explained they are proximity - so just a tap is needed. The building is really well built, with a fitness room and laundry available 24/7. Met interesting 'neighbors' in the same building. The room is one of the best, and nicely decorated. And I got a great night of sleep - so necessary for travelling!"

"We stayed in the Odd Fellows room which was wonderful. It was very clean and had every convenience that I needed. I appreciated the personal touches like the extra, soft blankets and the quirky decor. The whiskey venue downstairs got a little loud on the Saturday night, but the noise machine and ear plugs helped with that. Overall, I highly recommend!"

"My only regret about staying at the Mansion was that we didn't stay longer. The house and grounds are so beautiful and everyone we encountered was friendly--my kids were especially enamored with the friendly pets they met. The rooms were spaceous and very comfortable, and it was a very restful place to stay, even with my wild bunch of kids. My children loved the play room. If anything, the listing undersold it! "The vibe of the hotel, staff, and food options were great for a leisurely family trip. The bar staff were great. Our family loved all the Cincinnati history and culture references. We chose an accessible room with a bathtub to make things easier for our child- and do have one suggestion. Photos for each room suggest that bathrooms would have a vanity with counter space. Our room only had a floating sink, which would be nice for wheelchair use, but the sink really needed a shelf at the back or side to store basic toiletries. (soap, toothpaste, tooth brush, etc.)"
