"Very nice and well-equipped hotel. Staff was friendly. The bar in the lobby is very nice. The restaurant (Loulou) is also nice. The hotel is located in a new redeveloped district with a nice mall (with amazing gym and spa access when you are a hotel guest) with Cinema, and many dining options. The area is busy during the day and quiet at night. So perfect for a nice stay. Finally, it is only 20min walk from the Lake. "

"Stayed for a weekend. Apartment was in a great location and met all our needs for a short break. Small kitchen two separate bedrooms and decent bathroom. My only criticism was the extremely strong smell of smoke. Even though it’s a non-smoking property, someone has been consistently smoking in that apartment. It was horrible!! This should really be addressed."

"Check-in was a hiccups but assistance came to the rescue within 10mins. So all are well. The only -points, the lift is not working most of the time & we have to walk up n down thru the staircase which was totally in darkness. Besides that, all is tip-top. "
