The property itself is starting to age on the exterior; it could use some sprucing up, but is overall in fair condition. The interior is nicely furnished and accommodating. "Very clean and roomy with a beautiful view of the White River! Beautiful location and not too far from town! My family had a great time and enjoyed our stay here! The host was easy to get ahold of when we had an issue with the cook stove. He had someone out to fix it within 20 minutes! We will definitely stay here again!! "
