"Overall this hotel was good. The staff were good especially the pool and beach people, they were amazing. The breakfast was also incredible. The main thing that let it down was the overall condition of everything. It’s just very tired in places and in much need of an update. There were bits falling off the bar roof by the pool and lots of things were broken. In our room hardly any of the light switches worked and we didn’t even want to go near the outside tub, it was just a bit grim."

"Expedia you disappointed us totally. We booked in this hotel over 2 months ago and our balcony was looking the backyards of the next door places. When we asked why? "Lovely property manager very welcoming rooms clean and functional with good outside place Free breakfast Nice tropical surroundings only issue for me was hotel did not have a restaurant so had th walk about one and a half kilometres to nearest restaurant but this would not be a problem if you have transport beach also about two kilometres Having said that this is an excellent hotel for the price accommodation is more expensive on that part of the island so this is a good deal "

"We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, approximately 10 minutes of driving from he phuket old town or phuket central shppoing mall. The pool was really nice and clean. It was often completely empty and we had the whole facility to ourselves. We enjoyed the breathtaking views and the birds singing while we were swimming. Cons: 1. "The hotel in itself is nice and despite some reservation mix up at check in, they were doing a good job at making it right. Room was nice and clean. The hotel is located in a relatively quiet and dark soi. I’d definately use this hotel again provided I have more business in the area in the future."
