"Phuket Panwa is a great hotel in a quiet and scenic location. A stretch to call it 5-stars, but it would certainly make a great 4-star hotel. The rooms were dated, but very comfortable. When you have sea facing rooms, just know there's high & low tides. When it's high tide, the view is scenic and serene, takes your mind away from reality. "Overall very good experience, personal is excellent, everything was on excellent level. Only thing we did not like is our room placement, we booked east with pool, since it east we expected to see sunlight at the morning but room we got was on lower level and did not seen any sun. For 1k per day it felt a little bit bad location. "

"Overall this hotel was good. The staff were good especially the pool and beach people, they were amazing. The breakfast was also incredible. The main thing that let it down was the overall condition of everything. It’s just very tired in places and in much need of an update. There were bits falling off the bar roof by the pool and lots of things were broken. In our room hardly any of the light switches worked and we didn’t even want to go near the outside tub, it was just a bit grim."

"My mom and I stayed at this resort in Jan 2025!! We enjoyed this resort. It was clean, staff were very friendly and helpful, check in and check out was seamless. Rooms are on the smaller side but clean and unique decor inside! This resort is definitely on the quieter side and more remote than where we stayed in Kamala. "Let me just start off by saying the villas are absolutely stunning. Well maintained, very clean (other than some issues with ants in my shower) and beautifully decorated. "Expedia you disappointed us totally. We booked in this hotel over 2 months ago and our balcony was looking the backyards of the next door places. When we asked why? They said that because we booked through you that’s what you reserve for us. Never ever again I’ll reserve with you. Dissatisfied with the hotel in Singapore and now this. "Highly recommended to treat yourself to a beautiful, relaxing, quiet stay. The property is every bit as beautiful as the photos look. Our villa had a sunset view of the Big Buddha across the bay. "What a fab hotel! If you like a quiet but beautiful location then you hit the mark at My Beach Resort, Phuket. It’s location is stunning. There is increased development in the area so, over time, this may change, but for now it is peaceful and beautiful. Phuket old town is 20-30 mins away by motorcycle or taxi and has a wide variety of bars and restaurants. The food and service at the hotel meats the requisite targets fo Michelin stars and that shows. Prices are still ok for hotels. The staff? Well, just brilliant. It’s a small hotel with a great family feel. It attracts the kind of folks who value five star service and the staff deliver on that in every area. We are rebooking to come back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this spot. "

"Great modern rooms, convenient location right opposite the beach, located at a quieter part of Patong but still walking distance into the centre. Staff are amazing, so helpful. The corridors at the hotel are long and traffic of people walking through can at times be a bit annoying. Ask for a room at the end of the corridor "

"The Mandarava Resort was impecable. Spacious and clean rooms, plenty of pools and bars and the service was second to none. The buffet breakfast was well worth it and the Charm Thai Restaurant was amazing. Room service was also delivered quickly and with a friendly smile. The complimentary shuttle to Karon Beach made it easy to get to the local shops, restaurants and have a dip in the ocean. I would recommend staying at the Mandarava Resort to anyone looking for luxury accomodation in Phuket."
