"The property was very dirty. I don't know why it is called Immaculate house... Very dirty: Table unwiped, dust everywhere, spider webs, toilet and bathroom full of small hair, microwave and fridge very dirty of food staines. Not clean at all. I had an impression the property was never cleaned, but also not prepared for new guests. Also, it was advertised as 3 bed house, whereas we were allowed to leave in 1 or 2 bedrooms. "We stayed for a few days between christmas and new year and it was a lovely location, lots of lovely local villages and hikes, with a nice log fire to come home to. Hosts were very kind, helpful and gave lots of info on local area. "

"I stayed here for a night while traveling, and it was exactly what I needed—clean, comfortable, and conveniently located right by the motorway. The room was well-maintained and fit for purpose, making it a great choice for a short stay or an overnight stop on a long journey. While breakfast isn’t included, there are nearby options for food, and the hotel provides everything needed for a good rest. A reliable and practical choice for travelers passing through."

"Lovely clean, warm room, hotel has a a great restaurant and some lovely fireside seating in lounge - we would definitely recommend the Sunday lunch at the restaurant! We experienced a little bit of noise on Saturday night due to the hotel’s proximity to the road and nearby pubs but it was lovely and quiet on the next night. Plenty of car park spaces to rear once you drive under the arch to the left of the property."

Very Comfy and Clean Hotel

"I stay here every week at the moment, and I have stayed at this hotel many times. I use the gym and pool and although outdated this is functional for what I need. The rooms are comfy and very clean. The Hotel has been renovated in the last couple of years to a very good standard. The staff are lovely and really keen to help with anything needed. I have stayed in most of the hotels nearby and for the price this is the best one. "
