"The Hotel was fine and the people were very helpful. I was disappointed to have to pay £4 each way for the courtesy bus. Clearly it isn't a courtesy bus and I think it is unfair, and misleading not to point our to people booking the hotel that this payment has to be made. Especially as with this fee there were other options. The other warning would be that an Uber take 20-30 minutes to arrive. Not your fault, but would be helpful to remind guests who are booking in to plan ahead for an uber. Otherwise great. David"

"I phoned the hotel ahead of my arrival with a query re parking at the call was answered quickly and the member of staff was really helpful. On arrival at the hotel the greeting was lovely and made me feel very welcome. My first impressions of the hotel and its surroundings were really good. Then I got to my room and was even more impressed! Large and spacious, really nice decor and it felt homely and welcoming. Clean and well maintained. I never ever sleep well in a hotel but I slept so so well due to the large comfortable bed! Checkout the next day was equally easy and again the staff member was very friendly but professional too. I would highly recommend the hotel and as my son is at university 5 mins away from the hotel I will definitely stay again in the future. Overall a fantastic experience -thank you :-) "

"The entire site is newly built, but that worked in the hotels favour. Its a fair walk in to Cambridge, but that worked for us and there are busses if needed. Great restaurants attached to the hotel."
