"Location location location. That coupled with a very well appointed accommodation. Do not pass this one by. Easily one of the best properties I have ever stayed in. Clean, spacious, everything you would need and some. Central to the Cotswold’s and all it has to offer."

"Had a great stay at this beautiful cottage. The location was great, right next to beautiful walks, a lovely village and local pub. Having the wood burner was the magic touch. Only few things I would say. There is no microwave. The heating came on very early and made a tapping noise which woke us up and the hot tub was a wood fire one and despite us constantly going out and topping up the fire we couldn’t get it to temperate. I appreciate it was cold but for whole stay we didn’t go in it so...

"We stayed here as a base for the Game Fair and it was a great location for that. We didn’t really explore the area much but we did get pizza from The Hertford which was good. There wasn’t any garden chairs and is it was lovely weather this was a bit amid a shame as the domino was in the courtyard a fair bit. The cottage was pretty, tidy, clean and cosy. No welcome package was a bit of a shame as this has become pretty standard for holiday cottages and the garden was overrun with bindweed...

"A very enjoyable stay in the pretty and quiet village of Badby. The house was just as described and perfect for our needs. Good little playground and cafe and pub a short walk away. In a perfect world the curtains in the bedrooms would have blackout lining (for the summer sunrises) and the dishwasher would be replaced as the racks are shedding rust, but otherwise a fantastic stay."

"Beautifully appointed and well-finished property, spotlessly clean, bright and airy. The kitchen was well equipped for self-catering, and the bedrooms and bathroom were very luxurious. Quality fixtures and furnishings made this a home from home and the hosts were very helpful during our stay. A lovely touch was the welcome pack of freshly baked bread, prosecco, savoury and sweet biscuit treats together with fresh eggs and milk and butter in the fridge. "The host was very helpful before we arrived sending through directions and everything we needed to check into the property. Lovely place, great views and the hot tub was very welcome after the Blenheim Triathalon. Would highly recommend everything about this property."

"The cottage was very quirky and filled with nick nacks and excess furniture. It looked like the owners still lived there. The spare bedroom ceiling had just been replastered and was still drying !! We had trouble with one of the toilets but this was dealt with very quickly and I have no complaints about the property manager. None of the electrical equipment was PAT tested."

"Lovely little cottage very clean, warm, quiet, nicely renovated, friendly animals and farmer next door. My daughter was a little spooked by spiders,and clusters of hibernating ladybirds in corners. Could do with a working outside light as very dark at night. Lady from office was lovely and helpful although no logs for fire as promised. Didn't know about road closure in evening/overnight at end of drive, but a kind workman let us through and back in so we could visit family nearby in evenings."
