"The appartment could do with a new modern bathroom/power shower and kitchen. The shower is terrible, zero water pressure and impossible to sustain desired temperature. I gave up, and decided to sit in the empty bath and wash from the mixer tape, no time to fill up a bath. The kitchen looks ok, it's not until you use it that you notice it could do with a refurb. "Great location, close to all amenities. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Many other interesting places only a small drive away. Hotel itself is nearly 400 years old, the whole building has plenty of interesting features. Room was large, clean and very comfortable overlookingthe lovely gardens. Tea, coffe and biscuits were provided."

Best thing about this hotel are the staff.

"We stayed here the night before visiting Bletchley Park. We enjoyed the lobby bar. All the staff were really friendly and attentive. Our room was comfortable and adequate. Breakfast was really good. Well cooked, tasty and plenty of choice. The breakfast staff were also friendly and welcoming.Hotel is in walking distance of lots of bars and restaurants, a big supermarket and shopping centre- not that we had time to go there."
