Amazing Property!

"The consensus was we wished we had been able to spend more time just hanging out here. The property is beautiful and quiet even though there are other houses around. Sometimes pictures over exaggerate the positive features but in this instance it was spot on or even better. Teenagers loved it! Favorite spot was the lanai and the pool & patio. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and utensils. The only downside is I wish a grocery store or restaurants were closer. We absolutely loved our stay here. Property manager was quick with communications and clear about checkin procedures."

Panalu’u Beach Condo Paradise

"My husband and I felt this property was the perfect fit. It was peaceful and scenic. The condo had a delightful ocean view and you could hear the waves crashing on the lava shores. It had a great layout, nice decor, a super comfortable bed and was very well equipped. The pool and hot tub were also great. The hosts, Tom and Christen were quite helpful. "

"Property was as described. We are from Kona and had a funeral to attended in Naalehu so it was easier for us to stay out there instead drive all the way back to Kona. Room had everything we needed. Only thing i recommend is getting better fans. It gets hot in the room at night while you trying to sleep. "

Beautiful Home!

"Ivy's home is beautiful and very private! It was rooming and perfect for our family of 7. Everything is new and extremely clean, organized, with all the needed amenities and more. There is an ocean view private golf course in walking distance that will give guests passes and also has a clubhouse for meals, drinks, music, which we took advantage of. Ivy was very easy to communicate with and gave us great suggestions/recommendations. An added perk was renting their Ford Expedition! I hope to stay at their property again."

Great location and well equipped unit

"Our stay at the turtle hut condo was magnificent. The location of the unit is well positioned as a home base for drives to the volcano and drive to Kona/Capitan cook for day trips. The walk to punalu'u beach is easy and the beach is stunning. The unit is well equipped with cooking supplies, just make sure to bring groceries from Kona or Hilo beforehand. The unit's pool has a great view and bbq area! The bed was firm and comfortable. As expected in a tropical area there are some bugs so make sure to use the screen doors when opening the doors!The host provided clear instructions on check in and check out and she was very responsive to questions. "
