"Very friendly, informative and helpful host. We stayed at 4 Buffalo Beach road (there is a sister property at 13, a short walk away). Right on the beach road (you only have to walk up the driveway to see the beach). We stayed in Unit 11: a lovely ground floor studio with combined lounge area and kitchenette (sofa and TV, coffee table, dining table and two chairs). "A very good place for nice stay. Everything was fine. Unfortunately there were a bunch of ants in the room which we could handle. The manager was a helpful and friendly guy. Very relaxed. Anything we had was solved asap. We recommend this place."

"Great location. Overall we had a fabulous 4 days. The property is looking old. It was hot throughout the stay but there was no air conditioning (Fans, throughout; Some worked, some partially and some noisey). Some showers OK but a couple not so good. Price a little high but it was Whitiangi week. "
