"We had to find a place for my family to meet and stay while attending my father's funeral. We couldn't have asked for a better location. Loved the modern feel of the home amid the quiet, peaceful outdoors. The large accommodations allowed us to meet as one family and have moments of sharing, reflecting, laughing, and crying together. The house made a sad time a little bit better. Highly recommend."

"Peter was a wonderful host. Checked in periodically if he saw us out and about, but otherwise things were private. It was a great place to visit and have our family Christmas with our daughter who teaches at the college, our son who flew in from Florida, our granddaughter From the Hudson Valley And a short drive from Pennsylvania, where we live. We appreciate having the kitchen and large dining area as well as large living room. The space was very convenient. This may become an annual tradition."

"I am really happy that out of all the places I looked at for our last motorcycle get away weekend I choose this rental. It reminded me so much of my childhood and the home and area I grew up in. "We had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful cabin. We went to Cherry Springs stargazing, but had the same wonderful view (and much more comfortable seats) from the fire ring area. We heard coyotes and turkeys. There was a deer in the front lawn Saturday morning. We, also, went on the Ole Covered Wagon tour and went shopping in Wellsboro. I enjoyed every minute on our relaxing weekend."
