"A hotel full of character with modern facilities. Limited hotel parking at extra cost, we got in early. Evening dining was great, high quality food in a pleasant restaurant. Room was pretty good but not great, all together reasonably priced. Very central to the market town of Ludlow, good shops, interesting area with a castle and walks. Recommended, we would stay again. "Clean rooms, secure area. Thermostat a bit of a pain since it kept going back down to a prearranged temperature, and we were a bit too cool because of it. "

"Spotlessly clean room with very comfortable firm bed, nice bathroom with plenty of products and decent shower. The only downside with the shower was the lack of pressure but that is very minor nit picking. We ate in the restaurant with friends and all enjoyed a lovely meal. Breakfast the next morning was delicious and plenty of options. All in all it was a fabulous stay at the hotel."

"This hotel was very good, staff were excellent and the food was lovely. The place was very clean but it was really isolated and in the middle of a housing estate which meant that the pool was always full. One other thing to know the beds are incredibly hard, great if you like that but very uncomfortable if you don’t."
