"Incredibly helpful and genuine staff who were always happy to help - very knowledgeable about the area and always on hand to answer questions. Nice schedule of events each evening (which isnt for me but was again very welcome and i can really see how some guests would really appreciate it. Slight disparity of kitchen facilities available when comparing ground floor to others. Cant be helped though - i imagine things get moved all the time. All in all, a great stay for the price for which...
