"The house was beautiful! Attractively decorated, clean and fully stocked with all kitchen essentials. Perfect layout with full private bathrooms for each of the three bedrooms. Location was beachfront and ideal for exploring all of JI. Pool/beach towels were not provided which was an inconvenience since we all flew in from the Northeast. Other than that, I would recommend this home for any type of gathering!"

"This was a gem for a family in St. Simons! We were able to bike to all the restaurants as well as the lighthouse using the bikes on site. It was an easy drive to the beach and other places as well. Very clean and cozy- I definitely didn’t want to leave 😊"

"Brought my daughter down for a last minute birthday trip. This rental is perfect. Super close to beach, very nice and safe neighborhood. We had no issues with the A/C (was 71 when we came in and worked no problem the whole time), so not sure what that review was about. "We loved having a pet friendly accommodation with a fenced back yard- my little dog tests fences so we had to watch him, but the others were good. We really appreciated the short walk from the home to the beach- just look at the tide charts- when tide is high, the water comes up to the boardwalk steps, so you need to plan when you’re going to have beach time during low tide.
