"This was our fourth stay at Merry Mermaid Cottage in the past five years. Every visit has been wonderful. The cottage is perfectly located for an easy walk to the St. Marys waterfront. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing, and the cottage is well-appointed and just right for a couple (and their dogs). We have stayed four nights each time, devoting one day for the waterfront and its shops and restaurants, one day spent at Cumberland Island National Seashore, and one day on a road trip to sights...

"The house is very spacious. We loved the large table that was perfect for accommodating all 10 of us for games and eating. We loved the open lay out we did not feel crowded at all. The room with the large table had doors so when the women were laughing and playing games the guys could shut the door to watch the Super Bowl.
