"Peter and Kaye were GREAT hosts. The place was immaculate and exactly what was described online. More than enough room for me, my wife and 15 year old daughter. They even left a bottle of Chardonnay for our Friday night arrival and Peter brought over 2 great beers!! Their 2 dogs were VERY friendly and my daughter just loved them. "The cottage was perfect for our family. The place was clean and bright. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed: pots, pans, plenty of dishes and cutlery, serving bowls, coffee maker. There were lots of towels. There is a washing machine but note that there is no tumble dryer but a drying rack. The location was stunning, right by the duck pond and cricket pitch. "We had a lovely stay with friends and went to Newbury Races which was a couple of stops on the train which is a 5/10 minute walk from the cottage The cottage was very nice 2bedrooms the smaller on is a bit small but fine for a few nights The kitchen is well equipped in fact the only down side was the shower which was very low pressure and the temperature kept changing so you had to jump in and out otherwise it was wonderful and we would use it again if staying in the area "
