"The room was great. A little on the small side but everything we needed. Modern and clean with quality fixtures, fittings and consumables. Lots of hot water, easy to control heating, great bathroom shelf and mirror. Top marks for the full length mirror with socket, decent hairdryer and light above in the bedroom. This is something I cant understand other hotels get so wrong - you’ve got it so right! First time I’ve found this ideal set up. Great breakfast too! Quality food at a reasonable price. Will definitely stay again. "

"Very professional welcome and check in process with clear guidance on how to get to my room. Room decor was dated but it was very clean and bedding/towels were spotless. Bed was very comfortable. Good amenities in the room. Sadly I didn’t get to use the pool/gym due to my arrival/departure times. The building itself is very impressive and the grounds were lovely- I can imagine that drinks on the terrace overlooking the garden in good weather would be quite a special experience. The restaurant areas looked very nice but I did not eat there. I would book to stay again in the future. "
