"All was very well, with exception of elevators. Due to a guest becoming stuck between floors overnight, the fire department disabled all elevators, which is understandable. It would have been very helpful if there had been signs posted at each floor to inform guests that they would need to use the stairs. "

"This was our 2nd time staying here and will not be our last. We love the conveniencey of the shuttle, included breakfast and walking distance to some outside food options such as Wendy's and Dunkin Donuts. The staff is always friendly, room is always clean. We will definitely be back."

My girlfriend organized everything and requested an upgrade and Kuma preselected a great room for my 30th birthday and Yvonne did great checking in throughout the stay to make sure we were comfortable/ needed anything. Restaurant Aoi on property was exceptional. Amazing food and service. Hotel had a full gym and so many amenities for guests. I was very impressed. "
