"Easy walk to both the bus and Tube. Very comfortable for two people. Had a short stay so we didn't use the kitchen, but it was very clean and had everything one would need. Easy check in and out, and the host was very friendly and responsive. No complaints, would stay again."

"Property was ideal size and location was good. Under the impression i was able to park in the land next to the property but was told off by another resident. Was advised by owner there is on road parking- should have read this properly! Apartment smelt of cigarettes and cannot take smell out from clothes. Shower had mould around grouting of tiles and needs bringing up-to date. Mattress - springs broken and had a dip did not sleep much. Extractor needs a good clean can see grease on top. Need...

"Sandra and Jamshed were there to welcome us despite our late and stormy arrival. They opened their hearts before their home. The location is excellent in a lively street and close to the underground metro station and bus stops. The apartment was explained in detail, but what really attracted us were the many details that drown you when you look at them. "Everything was as expected. We did have a challenge but Reuven was easily accessible and resolved our issue with great result. Flat had new bath, new kitchen, and comfortable beds. Location was as expected and very quiet at night."

Stains on walls. Bad odour in fridge. Dirty bath mats. Rubbish dumped on street outside, old mattresses, hoover, overflowing bins. Shocking that Expedia advertise this place. "We stayed here in August and it was the perfect place for us! It was so nice to have toys at the property that the kids could play with and not worry about them running around in the back yard. I couldn’t imagine being in a hotel room after staying here. It was close enough to the wedding we were going to and not too far from London by underground. "Booked to stay for concert at Wembley on arrival we found cockroach infestation, someone else’s food in fridge/freezer, damp, mould, unsafe electrical socket, hole in floor covered by loose carpet, stained walls and a general feeling of uncleanliness. Described as having free parking, luckily we decided to use train instead as wouldn’t have been able to park, the rear garden was unkept. "Worked excellently for our large family with plenty of bed space and a lovely large garden. Hosts were very hospitable and very good communicators. Beautiful neighborhood just off the main road and very near to supermarkets and train station. Would gladly stay again."

"Perfect house for a large group. 3 level house so you could have your own area if needed. Bathrooms are good. One bathroom on each floor. The area is gated which is nice. The neighborhood is near the underground and has lots of restaurants and pubs. Grocery stores are also close by."
