"The apartments are spotlessly clean. The support team of both cleaners and maintenance men on site and the call centre are fantastic. The security of the car park and building itself are outstanding. The electrical appliances (fridge, dishwasher, hob, washing machine, dishwasher etc etc) are all brand new and premium/ recognised brands.. SMEG, Hotpoint etc... But the apartments are just missing a few home comforts. Higher standard of cutlery and knives. Mirror in the lounge or bedroom. ...

"Spacious apartment. Good location. Friendly staff. Could pay more attention to detail- bedroom needed cleaning behind the door. The shower in the bathroom needs to be fixed and the balcony could be swept. Overall, the room was fine and a good base for a stay in London. "

"Nice accommodation for the price. Well looked after, comfortable bed, good shower, and nice to have the kitchenette with coffee machine. Only downside for me was the apartment that I was booked in sat right over a very busy intersection with a popular bus stop and a pedestrian crossing that beeped every 60 seconds to let people cross the road. Luckily I'd packed my ear plugs. Generally a good stay, but be wary that it's not in a quiet location."

"Location was great... Management was horrible! Their advertisement falsely stated that there was laundry on the property. The apartment smelled of sewage. The window ledge fell on my foot, twice. For a seven days stay, they gave me two towels. I had to go out and purchase more toilet tissue, trash bags, and paper towels. House keeping came and bought air freshner for the sewage smell and that was it. I wouldn't recommend this place to a homeless person... Absolutely horrible... "

"The rooms were very clean and well-maintained. However, there was no room cleaning service during our stay. This was disappointing but overall, the stay was comfortable."

"The property was very nice and clean. Brand new and everything was in order. My only complaint would be that it was on the top floor and it was all stairs so if you had to have a lot of luggage, I definitely would not recommend apartment 13. For me who is traveling with A Backpack it was perfect"

"We stayed in a different room from the one I booked. It was smaller than I thought it would be, but we made it work. The kitchen was great, it includes a washer but no dryer. The area is charming and easy access to public transportation. A wonderful car service is not to far and very reasonable."

"Great stay here, we were given the chalet at the bottom of the garden. I loved how private and quiet this place is. The accommodation was clean and very well presented. Very comfortable bed. Very good location to the underground. Only one minor flaw was that became se the toilet works on a pump system there is a slight nasty niff from the bathroom, I would suggest some fragrance in the bathroom but as I said this is only a very minor nag. All in all great stay. Thank you Reuven 😀😀"

"This 2 bedroom flat is in a very accessible location via the Underground (a 5-10 minute walk to 2 stations), while being in located in a pleasant safe residential area. The apartment is as described and pictured, and is quiet at night. Having a large grocery store at the exit of the Finchley station was very convenient. Both beds were very comfortable, and heat and hot water work well. Having the outdoor sitting area would be enjoyable during the warmer months. Simon was very responsive and left...

"Quiet flat located in very pleasant neighborhood. Hampstead Heath a short walk, as were many restaurants and all conveniences. Helpful and friendly hosts. Would definitely stay again."

"The flat was affordable, and perfect for what we neeeded at the time. It was well finished and kitchen, bathroom and wifi worked well. However, the lock of the room never worked. Please, could this get fixed as it should not have been left broken in the first place. Another guest for the wedding walked into the room during the night."

"The biggest letdown on this property was the digital lock on main door and although was advised there is a physical key , that was only for the apartment door , was a few min before the sabbath and had no alternative , the interior lights also go on with motion sensor and door only opens to leave with pressing a Elec opening button , these apartments do not meet the basic religious requirements for the sabbath , otherwise it’s a clean apartment with good facilities inc kitchen , other negative...

"I enjoyed my overnight stay at Village Watford. It was very accessible from the main roads which is why I booked it in the first place. Check in was good - although there was some confusion regarding check in time. I had been told via prior correspondence that I could check out at 12 but 11 was on the booking - which made for a slightly uncomfortable conversation. Facilities were great! Good choice on menu for the evening and great buffet breakfast. Bed was comfortable and warm on what was a very cold night. Only issue was that I did not have any water when I went to have a shower in the evening. Not a drop - cold or hot - so couldn't brush teeth or shower. It was working in the morning though. Would be helpful to understand why this happened as it wasn't at a bust "shower" time like in the morning. All in all a great stay though!!"
