"The apartments are spotlessly clean. The support team of both cleaners and maintenance men on site and the call centre are fantastic. The security of the car park and building itself are outstanding. The electrical appliances (fridge, dishwasher, hob, washing machine, dishwasher etc etc) are all brand new and premium/ recognised brands.. SMEG, Hotpoint etc... But the apartments are just missing a few home comforts. Higher standard of cutlery and knives. Mirror in the lounge or bedroom. ...

"Location was great... Management was horrible! Their advertisement falsely stated that there was laundry on the property. The apartment smelled of sewage. The window ledge fell on my foot, twice. For a seven days stay, they gave me two towels. I had to go out and purchase more toilet tissue, trash bags, and paper towels. House keeping came and bought air freshner for the sewage smell and that was it. I wouldn't recommend this place to a homeless person... Absolutely horrible... "

"Terrible, awful and unprofessional. Check in instructions not received until 4 hours after check in, and incorrect check in codes given before this when we called the customer service. Had to send email address over message three times (why were check in instructions not sent via messaging?). 2 windows whistling like mad all night and hardly slept. The apartment was boiling, in December we were overheating. Regarding the check in and sorry state of the accommodation we were promised a call back...

"The biggest letdown on this property was the digital lock on main door and although was advised there is a physical key , that was only for the apartment door , was a few min before the sabbath and had no alternative , the interior lights also go on with motion sensor and door only opens to leave with pressing a Elec opening button , these apartments do not meet the basic religious requirements for the sabbath , otherwise it’s a clean apartment with good facilities inc kitchen , other negative...

"Great space considering it is London. 30 mins on tube into central London. 5 minute walk to Wood Green tube station. Nice outdoor terrace. Kitchen is the nicest room im the apartment. Some areas are a little tired looking and need attention, eg. Window ledge, shower screen, broken lock on door. Lamp shade in lounge had cobwebs and flies trapped inside, however, everything else seemed clean. Difficulty checking in because the phone number on hotels.com didnt work and no one replied to the...
