"We had a lovely stay. The staff was very friendly, the light continental breakfast was excellent and the location can’t be beat. The hotel has been renovated and our room was on the second floor. The rooms are not very well sound proofed and we’re able to hear noises and conversations in the hallway. With ear plugs, this wasn’t a problem for sleeping and the other guests were conscientious of quiet hours. Would recommend!"

"Wonderful B&B! My husband and I took our two daughters (ages 3 and 1) to Magic Wings and wanted to make it a fun overnight trip. The Black Walnut room #7 was excellent, large and clean with 2 double beds (we brought our own Pack n Play). Smart TV, lots of outlets and a bonus couch with a round coffee table (which is something you don't really think about until you have a toddler..) everything you could want. Breakfast was made to order, and my 3 year old LOVED her chocolate chip pancakes. The...

"This is a great venue. It is affordably priced, conveniently located, artfully maintained in accordance with it original style (wooden floors and picket rail porch, antique furniture, etc.). I felt unique and pampered in my room. I even heard a train whistle nearby in the early wee hours of the morning, reassuring and comforting rather than disturbing. I hope to return for a longer stay."
