"This is the cutest little place to stay and it is so close to many great restarants, shops, Champlain lake, walking trails etc. I rated one area a 3 star because the VBRO unit is on the first floor and there are full time attendants in the other apartments. The walls are very thin and we could hear the tenants above us at night which made it hard to sleep. The 2nd night however I turned on the sound machine on my iPhone and that took care of the issue. "The apartment is very homey and spacious which was great for us! I just want to point out that it needed a bit of cleaning as there was webbing in certain corners and the bathtub had a ring around it. We didnt put much importance since we spent most of the day out. Overall we had a good experience and definitely do recommend staying here!"

"Our hostess promised a luxurious stay and she certainly delivered one! The apartment is very tasteful, and the sheets, blankets, towels and many pillows were all incredibly soft and luxurious. The location is two blocks from the downtown. We used white noise because of a few passing cheerful students on Fri / Sat nights, But otherwise it was a peaceful spot. Would stay there again easily."

"My wife and I stayed for two nights over the Columbus Day weekend. We were up in the area for a concert at the Higher Ground, which was a quick Uber ride away from the apartment. In addition to the concert, we enjoyed ourselves at many local restaurants and on a great bike ride around South Hero Island. My wife's initial response when walking into the apartment was about how clean and perfect it was for our short stay. I thought it was exactly what we needed to enjoy our weekend in the area and...

"Initially picked the property because we wanted someplace walkable. End up renting a car but the location still worked out. Comfortable and well maintained. Five adults. "we travel frequently to Burlington to visit our college student and try to stay in different rentals. Errins place is wonderful, location can't be beat for downtown Burlington access and is only a few blocks from Champlain College. VERY WALKABLE! Having a designated parking spot behind the house is super convenient. The 2 bedroom apartment is clean, well appointed and has good space. Highly recommend. "

"Genuinely if you’re in the area and seeking a tranquil little refuge. Look no further. Take it from a guy (me) who books everything last minute. I just happened to pick this place after a long day of hiking and traveling, only to discover how nice it was after. Clean cabins with wonderful owners.
