"The property is perfect for a girls weekend! The place was large with an awesome view. Right downtown so we could walk everywhere. I stayed with 5 girlfriends and it was so fun. We would definitely stay here again. The property manager was very nice and easy to communicate with. 10/10"

"I loved this location and the walkability to near by coffee shop and restaurants. A few personal preferences, I would have loved blackout curtains on the windows, especially over the door window where the sun comes in directly on the bed pillows in the morning. While I appreciated the lower cleaning fee, I would have preferred to know that I was expected on taking the trash out to the alley at check out. I felt like I was sneaking around the yard to find how to access the alley to find the trash...

"Loved this apartment for the location, convenience, cleanliness, and the view. The communication isn’t too smooth because it’s a big company called Effortless Stay that manages it, but when there were internet issues they were on top of it. It took some time to get the internet back but they were nice. Before renting it I asked about the rooftop events and I didn’t get any response. Other than that this place had everything we wanted."

"We stayed here as our home base for our 4 day hiking vacation. It’s close to the University so you can walk to events, and also to downtown Boulder. We visited RMNP, Brainard Recreation Area, Walker Ranch and the CraterLakes in the Roosevelt National Park easily from this location. The place looks exactly as the photos describe. Owner was very responsive. "

"We could not recommend this location enough! Truly one of our favorite neighborhoods in Denver. Very clean and comfortable, right across the street from the delicious Zuni brewery. Amazing food and cafe options. Only downside is the award winning Mexican restaurant downstairs is gone and being replaced with a Korean hot pot. Not bad, but definitely a little disappointed. Otherwise, perfection."

"I loved staying at this cozy studio space close to downtown Louisville. The owner included touches such as a weighted blanket, eucalyptus hanging in the shower, and a crystal light in the kitchen space. Very quiet and restful stay."

"Disappointed that we had to carry our luggage and groceries up 3 floors due to no elevator. Parking was an issue due to construction that was currently happening but we never saw any workers. The owner was unwilling to accommodate us when we asked for more than 2 bath towels. Location was ok for our day trips. "
