"I need a refund for this hotel. This hotel was checked into, and checked out of same night. The hotel was disgusting. Pics attached. This has caused major problems not the least of which is having to walk around middle of Nairobi at night with all my luggage trying to find a place to stay. "The staff were very professional, room service was excellent, dining options convenient,open 24 hours. Great location, close to malls, easy to get transportation to get around.
