"Good facility, good service, good restaurant"

"I had an amazing stay here. The staff were top notch and extremely helpful during our entire stay. I had a few issues with my initial room that I was given at check in, and when I brought them up to the onsite manager, he quickly went out of his way to change my room. ALL of the staff I interacted with were fantastic. From the front desk, to the restaurant staff, to housekeeping, everyone went above and beyond. The rooms were great and very comfortable. Even the room I changed from was great. The main issue I had was with the balcony door. It had a large gap that could let bugs inside. Because I could not get the yellow fever vaccine, I was terrifed of mosquitos coming in. As I stated earlier, the manager changed our room without any issue and the new room was perfect. I would reccommend this hotel to anyone going to Nairobi."

"Nice hotel, clean room. Good value for the price. The food was good. Great location, close to the city center. I stayed at the Heron for 11 days. I got to know some of the staff. Alex and Bob at reception were very kind, welcoming and helpful. The dinning/cafe staff, Daniel, Alex, Emily, Felix and Bashasha were courteous and friendly and great customers service. I would definitely stay at the Heron again."

"A gorgeous, comfortable, perfectly situated hotel. Wonderful and friendly staff with amazing service. Restaurants on-site if you don’t feel like heading out but easy to get other restaurants if you do. The staff made sure we were well taken care of. Loved staying here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend. Five stars."
