"The room was overall nice. It either appeared that the room hadn’t been stayed in for awhile because of the dust that was on the lamps or either dusting isn’t part of the day to day room cleaning. While breakfast was supposed to have been included, it wasn’t because the staff informed us that the cook had called in and there was noone at the moment to prepare food. It would have been nice to have an alternative option and to not hear the staff talk about the staff and management issues."

"Friendly staff. Great location. Convenient parking garage. Overall I felt safe leaving & coming from hotel. Hotel room was clean & quiet. The rooftop bar was nice. "

"This room was comfortable for the one night we were there. We had a little trouble with the TV but finally got it working. The man at the desk wasn’t very friendly and took a long time to get us checked in. We couldn’t figure out what all he was clicking on on the computer…. Other than that, it’s fine for a night or two. Oh, the hallway smelled funny, but the room didn’t have a smell at all. "

"I usually love Hyatt, but this was my least favorite stay. It was fairly clean, but had some type of brown balls (maybe beads) on the floor upon arrival. The people upstairs sounded like they were jumping off of beds and couches, and there were large groups of people outside smoking weed. The elevator also smelled like it at times. Staff was overall friendly, but not always present at the front. "

"Breakfast was limited due to ordering issues. Room was okay but bathroom had mold along the outside into the bed room. Would stay here again compared to other places nearer. Just get the breakfast better and have a meat and something gluten free as a bread option. Bed was fine. "
