"Stayed here three nights doing college tours in the area. Bed is comfortable, though the sofa bed is not (are they ever?). Room was basic but clean with a nice shower and all necessary toiletries. Pool area is nice, both indoor and outdoor, and the game room is fun. Breakfast is very good, both hot and cold items that rotated daily. Restaurant on site has minimal choices, but there are lots of options in the area. Staff wasn’t super helpful when we asked for an extra comforter, but did manage...

"This is probably the best hotel I’ve been to and I have been to over 100 hotels. The staff was phenomenal the fact that they cater to children as well as adults. They provide breakfast and dinner plus free drinks. My son and I couldn’t be more happy with our choice in hotels and we will definitely be staying here every time we’re in Grand Rapids from now on. Thank you for being awesome."
