"I arrived at the hotel about 7 pm. The hotel is locked, all the lights are off and no one answered the door or the phone. I have never experienced anything like tbis before. I demand a refund and an apology. Take the hotel conditions, etc. with a grain of salt. The form required all fields to be entered to make a submission. "

"Hotel has a beautiful carved maple lobby, beautiful view of the illinois river & friendlt and accomodating staff. Rooms are nice. Some of the hallways etc could use some updating. Nice and quiet with excellent complimentary coffee in the mornings. Irish pub within walking distance as well as excellent pizza at Hoops Pizza and beer. Also located next to I 74 with wasy access"

We ordered pizza and they offered to bring it to our room since we had our hands full with a grumpy toddler and newborn. They were so kind and we will definitely be staying here again. "
