Very simple and basically you get what you pay for. It is very loud here, you will hear all the neighbors and even the very loud train in the middle of the night/early morning. It’s fine if there are no other places available or if you will be saving a lot more by staying here.

Looks like they are trying to update but it's done very poorly. Room was dirty, sticky floor and dirt and debris on the floors. We only needed to stay before we left for our flight but it was so noisy we could barely sleep. Doors slamming, kids running and screaming up and down the halls, it was awful!

The staff was very friendly & helped us whenever we needed anything. If I had a complaint it would be that the continental breakfast left little to be desired but “you get what you pay for”. It was a cheap stay and we were able to spend time with family which is why we were there.

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel in general. While the building is not new, it looks as it has undergone a renovation of sorts. Polite staff, nice breakfast, super clean and convenient to area restaurants, shops, etc.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was very limited. There were a few night's that I heard people arguing in the parking lot and they brought it into the building and to their room. ( they had a room down the hall from me) had some issues with heating, the unit would run but would shut off after running for only 10 seconds. I had to get another room due to ceiling had a leak that was right over the bed. Reception area was clean as well as the room. Location was good with plenty of shopping and restaurants.

The check-in staff was especially kind and accomodating to change our reservation to a first floor room, when we learned of limited access to the second floor (i.e., no elevator), which posed a challenge for our dog. Just right for your buck
Our to-go-to -stay when in the area ; close to a lot of stores , Bradley university, room price is descent and the has welcoming staff ; rugs in the hallway is not at it’s best , the walls are thin so conversations and TV shoes can be heard if loud , but beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean for a good night’s sleep .
