"When we arrived early as check in was 1600 they allowed us to check in and gave us free upgrade which was much appreciated. We dropped bags in bag store and went out to explore and they were brought back to our room at 1600. "First experience was honestly not good, but once I found the right person to talk to, we had a great time. Lovely apartment with hot tub on the balcony, sea view, good facilities in the kitchenette, superb customer service (second time around anyway!). Some lovely rooms including a fully fitted kitchen, great sound system and very comfy beds. "Overall very good, an extra room chair besides the couch would help make the room even better. Kitchenette was good and had all we needed. The coffee maker was a pod unit and should really come with at least a couple to get started and to know what to buy for more coffee. The room did have a small two cup espresso maker which we ended up using as we had some coffee. "
