"The receptionist Laura and Therese were very helpful and friendly. The only thing i didn't like was the big pillows crammed into small pillowcases. I had to take them out of the cases as otherwise I would've thought that I was sleeping on a brick. I told the Manager about it. But nothing was done."

"Excellent place to stay top notch hotel loved every moment from the bed to the shower and even the teas and hot chocolate everything inside the hotel is brilliant! The only downside is the parking as it’s £15 a night and you have to move your car when harts FC are playing. "

"I am a solo traveler and wanted to celebrate my 40th birthday in Scotland. The staff at 100 Princes Street made me feel so special on my big day. The food, drinks, staff and atmosphere really make this hotel such a special place to stay. Highly recommend if you enjoy top-notch customer service, luxury and would enjoy a a direct view of Edinburgh Castle. I will definitely be back! "

"Great place to stay. Recommend mentioning that if guests wish to have evening meal in the Canny Man pub it is advisable to book in advance. We didn't but although we eventually got a table, had to be squeezed in between existing tables after a 10 minute uncertain wait."
