"First time here. Lovely looking hotel. Check in was quick but wasn’t really shown where to go by staff. Found the lift but wasn’t explained about needing our card to scan for lift to go up. Messing for a while before a lady explained what to do. Room was on the front and yet was extremely quiet. Perfect as next to train station. Breakfast was great and waiting staff were polite and helpful. Would definitely stay again "

"New hotel still with teething problems, but nothing that time settling will not resolve. Bargain for what we paid but still needs to iron out the issues before charging their full rate. Staff are super friendly and on hand at all times to make your stay enjoyable."
