"This is my favourite luxury hotel. Can not fault a thing, the attention to detail is outstanding. The staff are courteous and professional, year welcoming and grounded. Faultless! The spa, pillows, restaurants were all outstanding. Sorry to be home! "

"Place was amazing, room was perfect, hot tub exactly how it should be. The only thing that let the stay down was how slow the service was with food in the restaurant, the food was really nice just the overall service wasn’t great that was both the evening meal and breakfast, the restaurant wasn’t busy either on the evening or morning so not sure if this is a 1 off or the normal but overall great stay I would definitely go back again but maybe not have a meal on the night especially. "

"Good hotel, but, we were given a room (8) with a disabled bathroom. We are not disabled and found it extremely difficult to use and unpractical. The shower was difficult to use if you are over 4 foot."

"This property is ideally placed to visit Grassington and walks around the area. It is clean, well appointed and first class en suite bathroom facilities. The down side is that there are a lot of rooms and a number of the occupants came into this venue later into the night. The doors are vintage as are the locks etc, so we found it a bit noisy and had a disturbed sleep. "

"Fantastic place to stay. Had a great meal in The Clubhouse, amazing chill and relax in the spa and a brilliant experience overall. Room Service menu could be a bit better unless we were directed to the wrong page? Felt there wasn’t really much on there for just snacks, especially after having such a large early afternoon meal"
