"Absolutely wonderful! Great location, wonderful property. Walkable to so many wonderful restaurants and shops. Safe parking. The marina is full of beautiful boats…. Fire pit, so many Adirondack chairs to sit and relax… we were on the first floor which I normally don’t like BUT IT WAS GREAT! A slider to access the outside was a definite plus! I will stay here again! Keep in mind, Newport is a very active place with live music and a LOT of people of ALL ages so it was noisy into the night. It is to be expected and if you know it going in, just enjoy the energy! "

"Great resort located just outside of the Newport waterfront area. Rooms are very large and clean. The staff at the restaurant are super nice. The food is great and there is live music. You will hear the music from your room between 7-10pm if your room faces the restaurant. Overall it was a great stay for my family. I will definitely book this hotel again."

"Pool & hot tub very clean. We spent 2 hours then another hour later and were the only ones using it. Nice breakfast too. Very quiet, great bed. Highly recommend!"

"Met all expectations, especially location. While not waterfront or water view, it is walkable to everything! No car needed. We Ubered from and to airport. Front desk staff was very nice and professional but a few of them ( not all) could be a little friendlier. Would definitely return!"
