"Spent a weekend in cleveland for a comedy show and Browns game. The loft apartment was perfect for our group of 6 friends, 3 couples. There is a pull out bed in the living room sofa.The location was great, and the views from in the apartment and on the private rooftop patio were epic. The space was clean, well stocked, and had everything we needed. Cleveland is a great city with lots of things to do and places to eat, some very close to this rental. If its available for your dates, dont...

"The property looks exactly like pictured. Very clean and actually much more spacious than expected. Communication with property manager was quick and helpful. The only thing that was slightly complicated was figuring out the parking garage and all the different ways you use the key faubs to get in and around.. although instructions were as clear as possible explaining it all. Very close to anywhere you could need to go downtown !"

"Condo was clean and nice. We had no issues checking in or accessing the building. We parked in the lot beside the building for the whole weekend for 60. The location is great and close to our favorite restaurant, Cleveland Chop! We will stay here again! "

"Nice unit in a great location. Walking distance to the sights of downtown, football stadium, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, restaurants, groceries, etc. Owner was responsive to all our needs! Thanks!"

"This place was everything we needed for a quick getaway to the big city. Close to all activities downtown. There is no parking however we found a parking lot down the block for only 15.00 a night. We will def. stay here again when we come back again."

"There was no access to a lock box to get the key. Property owners phone goes straight to voicemail. Tenants in the building informed me the apartment was currently locked by the police because they renter was being evicted. Complete scam! Stay away!"

"Had a great stay! Perfect location, very clean and easy to access. "

"The location is great. The condo is large with really nice, up to date kitchen and bath. The manager was very reponsive. The things I wished I knew check in (getting keys, fobs, QR codes, parking hang tag) is a process. Be patient and build in time to go through the steps. Once you figure it out it was not a huge deal...and we always felt safe and secure. Not many amenties,,,so when in doubt, bring it with you or plan to buy it. Including a plunger!"

"The apartment had a spider infestation. We are still coping with bites. You could see the potential - spacious, clean and reasonably well provisioned. But the building was obviously poorly managed - elevators kept breaking down, getting stuck, and the general reception area was rundown and dirty. "

"Called to get access instructions on 7/15 and was told apartment was not available. Its been 13 days and have not received a refund."
