"We really enjoyed our time at the cottage! This is a spectacular location with the very short walk down a wooded path to the beach at Lambert's Cove. It was a nice location for food and shopping at Vineyard Haven and visiting our friends in Chilmark. "Keith was easy to talk to, responsive, and wonderful to deal with! The property was beautiful and we had everything we needed. The rooms were well cared for, clean and comfortable. We had our wedding ceremony and reception in the yard towards the beginning of our stay and Keith was there to make sure we and the party suppliers had what they needed to set up. If we ever have a large party staying again on the Vineyard, we will look no further!"

"We had the best possible stay at Sanctuary Farm with our three kids. Dan and Haven are the kindest, warmest hosts, and the house is beautiful. Our kids loved seeing the animals every day and riding bikes down the quiet roads. The location next to hiking trails and with water views can't be beat. An absolute gem, and we will be back!"
