"Normally, I rent a large house with two or three couples; but this year we decided to take a last minute trip to MV for the Labor Day (2024) weekend. I was pleased to find a place at such short notice and at a reasonable price. This place did not disappoint! It is brand new, had everything that we needed; including a washer and dryer, beach chairs, and linens. We were close to downtown Vineyard Haven. "This house is like a museum! It’s beautiful inside and out. The home wasn’t as private or secluded as I’d hoped. The owner lets the neighbors park their boat at the dock so they roll up on you while you’re sunbathing, looking in the window at you while you’re in bed and roam back and forth through the yard at all hours of the night. This was the only flaw for me and it’s a big one when you pay almost a 1000 a night to have privacy and peace. "
