The reception team were amazing and said we could have our room at 12pm which was 3 hours before scheduled check in. We actually got a room we didn’t like at first and they swapped it instantly no problems asked. "Friendly polite and helpful staff made our stay special. The hotel is a pleasant 25 minute walk to the city centre. The small spa allowed for relaxing after walking around Bath for the day. Sunday Lunch was a lovely start to our two night break."

"My husband and I stayed for one night. A very nice hotel. Clean, warm room. Comfortable bed. There is a large comfortable lounge/bar area. A very nice English buffet breakfast. I would definitely stay at the Westcliffe again "

"I was very pleased with the roomI had booked. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. A tiny drawback was limited hot water from the wash basin. However the building is an old one and there was a notice advising if the hotel was busy I may have to wait a short time for hot water so I did not mind this. A shower next morning was great. Breakfast was good too. The gentleman on Reception was excellent, informative and extremely hee Royal when I return to Bath in the future. Thank you."

"For the price it was good value as breakfast included. The second days cooked breakfast much better as hot and all items well cooked. I would suggest the hotel has a small fridge with cheddar cheese on sale. Also am adult entry just for the cave. Area very quiet abd Wells near by. "
