"This is a very nice 3-bed/2 bath unit on the second floor. The unit was very clean upon arrival and nicely outfitted with comfortable beds and other furniture, kitchen amenities, and linens. We did have issues with the property management company not responding to some maintenance issues that we brought up. Most frustrating was not being able to figure out how to control the living room TV remote control. We asked for assistance several times. All the other TVs worked fine. The tennis courts are...

"We were in town due to personnal reason. The owners was great to communicate with and extremely understanding when a family emergency came up. She did her best to help us out in our situation and would recommend her to anyone."

"Place a spacious, clean, lots of amenities. Found zero traces of any bugs, the view was great off the balcony. Plenty of parking. Easy access to get in and out of. Host was easy to get to when we had questions, coffee maker broke and was replaced same day. I will book again if I head back to Phoenix."

"The house was clean overall, but there were some negatives for sure. 1. The sofa bed was absolutely filthy (chips, grapes, and lord knows what else came flying out when we opened it.) So, dont count on using that if you stay. We had to cram another child into the bed. 2.the kitchen drain has issues and wont properly drain, so again, we didnt use that. 3.There may be a leak or something in the wall as we heard water running for a full 48hrs of our stay. 4. I tried contacting the property...

"Property was clean and well kept. The location was great for us as it was centrally located for golf, dining and shopping. We will certainly look to return to this property if we are in the area in the future."
