"When we arrived to check-in, the front desk staff (Jennifer) was on the phone ignoring us and the people in front of us. After several minutes, she put the phone on hold and responded to the people in front of us. She was very dismissive of them. Then she rudely told us that we needed to wait because she had someone on the phone and her coworker had stepped away, but we would be helped whenever she (Jennifer) was done on the phone. "Weekend couples getaway. We have stayed here many times . Clean, close to the Ocean and near many restaurants. Nice weekend. "
