"This Stay was very disappointing. From the check-in process, where the property management company made you come in person to get a blank envelope since the door had a keycode, to the ants throughout the kitchen and bathroom there were some minor annoyances but there were also some major issues. 1) in unit B one of the bedrooms did not have heat. If it was summer this may not be an issue but when it is getting down into the 30s at night that means its not a usable room. 2) The bunk beds...

"The property was very cute. Worked perfect for our weekend trip to Ocean City. Had bikes to use for getting around and the renter provided sheets and towels even though the listing said to bring your own. She was very accommodating! "

"My family and I stayed at the Parrot Bay Condo for the first time this year. We had fun! My children enjoyed the bunk bed, and the cottage where we used to stay every summer did not have a pool, so having the 3-5 foot pool was another feature that enhanced our vacation this year. I wished I had a fly swatter because flies do get in the house, but we would stay here again if it’s available again next year. Recommended!"

"Not very modern and the TV didn’t work. The network and password provided were incorrect and when we called on the first the first night, ended up spending two hour on the phone with no resolution. Was told someone would come the next day and nobody did. Was a bit disappointed in how things were handled. "

"We stayed here in late September and it was perfect for us. Very clean, beds were comfortable, property quiet. Just steps to the beach, and easy to wash the sand off outside. The owner is responsive to questions and made the check in/check out process easy. Highly recommend and would stay here again!"

"This was our first time in Ocean City. We absolutely loved how conveniently located the cottage was! So close to the beach and so much more. We loved walking the boardwalk each day, found new places to eat each night along the boardwalk, and spent a day at the water park. In the mornings we enjoyed sipping coffee on the front porch or reading books out there. Having AC in the property was a big sell for us given the summer temps. "It was do easy to find a perfect fit for our vacation. They even allowed us to bring our German ShepTucker. He loved sprawling on the king size bed for his naps!! Check in was so easy and fast. Definitely better than advertised. Have recommended to family and friends."
