"Went for the Country Calling concert, walked both ways, about 1 1/2 miles to concert. Close to anything you need. Unit was clean and exactly as advertised. Owner was very responsive and easy to deal with. Would recommend this as a place to stay in West OC. "

"I do see alot of room for improvement. Starting off when we arrived to the house. We realized the property was not actually in OceanCity, but right outside of the bridge. Which there was no mention of that about the property of else I would not have booked this house. I do not lile to be rude at all. However upon arrival we were given the incorrect code to the house. We arrived around 9 pm; meaning the Vacasa representatives were not even there to answer our phone calls, we waited about an hour...
