"My Mom’s 87 year old friend and her daughter age 67 stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Mom from out of town. The owner was very responsive to my comments and requests and as long as he follows through on these, this is a great place to stay in Waterloo with easy access to downtown Waterloo and the universities. Restaurants are a 20 minute walk away."

"a very nice, comfortable, cozy studio in a great location. It is close to restaurants, the main street in the village, a hiking trail and a lovely little riverside park. All the amenities are provided, including dog supplies, cooking supplies, a nice shower with soap and shampoo etc. Really enjoyed our stay and looking forward to returning in each season (spring, summer, fall and winter) in 2025!"

"We loved our stay in this property. The bed, pillows and sheets were very cozy. The jacuzzi bathtub was a nice treat! Now we want one at home too! The property was so serene and beautiful. We loved the view! It was just what we needed to recharge and we are definitely coming back. The owners were very friendly and charming! We loved the location too! Downtown was just 10 minutes away. First night we ate in and got some sushi from downtown. For breakfast we ordered in from a crepes restaurant....
