"Check in was fine, nice gal at the desk showed us a map and took he time to explain how to get around. Upon return the desk and security were not friendly. The room was dirty. The carpet was very old and tile in bathroom gross. The TV did not work. We asked for our beds to be split and bedding for them, as requested on the reservation. The staff showed up and asked again what we needed. He returned and made the bed. The beds do not have mattress covers on them. I have never seen this...

"This was my third stay at the hotel. It is an old building with much character, friendly and helpful proprietors and a wonderful location. A good breakfast is included. It is in no way luxurious but has everything I need and I prefer it to a large impersonal fancier place. "

"Small property in excellent location that is a real bargain. Facility is clean, simple andhas all basic necessities. Breakfast is also nice with selection somewhat smaller than usual at larger Israeli hotels.Staff is very nice and helpful but desk not manned a good part of the day and none at night."
