"Since management was about to sell the property and cancelled people’s reservations at the last minute, it was a very depressing place to stay. Services were cut as a consequence and staff could have cared less about the guests.I was relieved when checkout time came."

Breakfast is also nice with selection somewhat smaller than usual at larger Israeli hotels.Staff is very nice and helpful but desk not manned a good part of the day and none at night."

"Had a really good stay there. All went well. The only problem was finding the place. Took over an hour driving around using Waze. Expedia lists the address as Darom 6, instead of Shammai. And couldn't see any sign. Finally, after asking several bystanders we located it. Need to make a big visible sign that one can see while driving to the site and update your listing on Expedia."
