"Since management was about to sell the property and cancelled people’s reservations at the last minute, it was a very depressing place to stay. Services were cut as a consequence and staff could have cared less about the guests.I was relieved when checkout time came."

"Super convenient location on Jaffa Street/Center on the light rail route. Clasoe to Mamilla and Old city, 2 stops on lightrail to Machane Yehuda. Extremely comfortable bed. Towels are a bit scratchy and no body lotion amenity but that seems to be standard in Israel. There is construction (as there is everywhere but windows keep most of the noise level at bay. I did not partake in the breakfast which is supposed to be great. "

"I generally stay in hotels closer to the city center, Baka, or other neighborhoods, and never by the entrance to the city. However, I saw a listing for Jerusalem Gold and the price was right, and the reviews were very good. After this stay, I will very likely stay here again. It truly met all my needs. Each member of the staff, from the desk clerks to the cleaning staff, are beyond friendly and helpful. My room was spotless and comfortable. The breakfast was great. WiFi was flawless.
