"Location was awesome. Could walk to everything. Condo is a bit dated and could use some upgrades. King bed is very squeaky to sit on or move around on. Need more blankets to cover with. Could not get the fireplace to work. A Keurig coffee maker would be nice to have instead of the regular coffee maker. Condo has baseboard heat and wall heating so can get dry feeling. Great area for pets. Locations is perfect to get to all attractions and towns. Host is awesome to communicate with."

"This was such a nice place to stay. It was very clean. The host had left a bottle of wine and everything needed for coffee. The location was very convenient to all the shops and restaurants in Blowing Rock. We will definitely stay there again! "

"This is our second time staying in a condo at the Royal Oaks complex. We love the location that allows you to walk into town, with all of its shops, restaurants, park, trails, etc. This condo was very well updated and clean. The beds were comfortable, and we slept well. The kitchen was well outfitted, although we did not cook much. One of our favorite features (outside the location) is the back deck, where we sat at the end of the day to watch the sun set. It is a third-floor walkup, but...

"Two couple were in town for a football game and to enjoy the High Country. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the property. It was clean, comfortable, well stocked and perfectly shabby chic. In check in, be mindful that the area doesn’t have great wifi (outside) so good to screen shot the door code ahead of time. There was also some residual storm damage in the area (to be expected) mainly on roadways en route. Property itself had recovered nicely! We would choose to stay there again… "
