"Gas fireplace didn’t work upon arrival took over 24 hours and 4 follow up phone calls before someone came to property. There was no clear indication pointed out where the pool or trash dumpster were located. Also, they should inform you it is quite a hike to the pool, and you need to bring your own towels, no towels provided at the community pool. Heater pool felt like a cold bath, and the gym was a little cluttered with machinery non operational. "

"The unit is nice but needs updating. It wasn’t cleaned properly before we arrived so that was disappointing. Carpet is old and worn, cabinets need repainting, bedding is tired. We have stayed at Echota many times so we generally know what to expect and this wasn’t it. "
