"This Sedona property offered an outstanding experience! Everything about the home was as advertised and then some. It offered a perfect sprawling floor plan for families to spread out and enjoy the various areas, inside and out. Jane, the host was attentive with communication. The neighborhood is located in a perfect location and is a spot to during your trip to the Grand Canyon!"

"Great location! So close to delicious Restaurants. Large bedrooms and bathrooms. Beds were super comfortable.Gorgeous view of the Red mountains. Clean and beautifully maintained."

"After our days of hiking and shopping, it was always a welcoming place to enjoy a quiet evening in this well appointed vacation rental. Neighborhood was always quiet day or night. The traffic was busy going to the shopping areas of Sedona 89A but we did not have much traffic in the area of the rental. We really liked the access to the hiking paths close to the rental. Also there are many restaurants close to the VRBO or eating at the well equipped kitchen at the rental. Thanks for having us!...

"Excellent property in a very quiet and convenient location. Walked to a really nice trailhead for some of the best views in town! Hot tub was a nice add"

"Everything was clean and we appreciated the washer/dryer and the massage chair. Beds were ok and kind of enjoyed not having a TV for distraction. Only two forks in the drawer so bring your own or buy some compostable ones if you have more than two people. "

"We were looking for a place near Sedona and this home hit all the marks: Spacious room, pet friendly, and not too far from Sedona. Jeff was also very communicative. We had a minor hiccup with the fireplace and he was quick to respond and assist as soon as he could. Even though it's not located at the heart of Sedona, its only a 25 minutes drive on the freeway and 15-20 minutes on the streets to get to uptown Sedona. "We stayed for a few days and wanted something close to central Sedona for hiking and shopping. This place was perfect! In a quiet neighborhood with great amenities and everything we needed to get a good night’s rest, with a well stocked kitchenette to heat up any leftovers or make our own food, and a nice bathroom that suited our needs. Highly recommend and would stay there again. "
