"Made a 3 day reservation, but got snowed out of Flagstaff the first night. Property was dated, but OK for an overnight. No fridge, coffee or microwave in rooms. Bare bones. Folgers crystals in the office for a cup if you choose. Owner resolved an overcharge issue PROMPTLY, and we somewhat enjoyed our 2 day stay. Located close to everything!"

"there's a lot of drugs in the area and I think there was a person that was high on opioids that semi threaten me and I report into the front desk. I don't know what they did with him, but they moved my room far away from."

"While the property is updated, it is still a motel, so keep that in mind. The concrete is tired and so are the sinks and tub, but not off-putting. If your are looking for a great place to lie down at night, this is the right place. If you're looking for luxury and a lot of amenities, go to a hotel. I will definitely stay here again when passing through Flagstaff."

"This was a good value for what I paid. Everything worked properly and I found the room comfortable. It felt cleaner to me than many other hotels in this price range. Perhaps this is due to the no pets policy and it’s nice to not hear dogs barking in other rooms too. Nothing was lacking in my opinion. "

"Beautiful Place - My husband and I stayed in a courtyard facing room on the 2nd floor for 2 nights. The property garden and the Red Rock View was amazing! Since the weather was so nice, we enjoyed sitting on the honeycomb chair on the balcony. The hotel is very close to many hiking trails and restaurants - we especially liked the Mole Mexican restaurant on the property. The coffee and tee service along with a microwave in the lobby area was a big plus. "

"I love a beautiful Pickleball courts and laundry facility was very convenient The restaurant spike and wheel was very good and walk there in three minutes. There’s also another place for breakfast down the way five minute walk that’s excellent as well. Just really liked the place."

"Second year staying here. A quick layover traveling West. Pre booked and paid. Late arrival with no issues. The property looks like a ski resort from a tv movie. Rooms are a little tight but we made it work. Nice, clean, fridge and microwave. Room was already warm and waiting. Will definitely stay again and do recommend. *no breakfast but not a deal breaker for us"
